Jobomschrijving

Responsibilities:

  • work with Business Unit leaders to determine current staffing needs and establish job postings
  • perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future talent needs
  • plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes including resume reviews and screening interviews
  • organize and lead the team interview process
  • train and coach hiring managers on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques
  • develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, using a variety of sources, and pro-actively look for new ways of recruiting
  • build a talent pool
  • lead employer branding initiatives through social media, career fairs, university recruitment,…
  • ensure an outstanding candidate experience
  • monitor recruiting metrics and establish tactics to improve the outcome
  • manage the data flow associated with the recruitment and selection process to ensure compliance with internal and audit requirements
  • assist the hiring manager with the onboarding program/process for new hires
  • this role will also be involved in other HR activities, such as facilitating virtual and online training sessions, depending on the needs of the business

Profiel

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources related field with 5 years of experience, preferable working in an international environment
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (spoken and written). Other languages are a plus
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in facilitating training sessions or ambition to develop in this domain is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills – strong communicator and good listener – passionate about people
  • You work with all levels of the company and adapt quickly to the different business units, functions and needs
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Well organized, stress resistant, high level of accountability and have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity and be able to deal appropriately with confidential information
  • Collaborative and have a very strong customer focus
  • Occasional travel may be required
