The Role

AMS has recently agreed a partnership with one of the largest and most broadly based healthcare and pharmaceutical companies in the world - Johnson & Johnson.

We are building a new RPO team consisting of experienced Recruiters and Talent Adviserswith various foreign languages, to deliver top talents who would help Johnson & Johnsontackle their toughest health challenges.

If you are a French and Dutch speaking Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in pharma or life science sector, looking for new challenges and career growth, please apply.

Key Accountabilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for Belgium
• Facilitating the Interview and selection process
• Building and strengthening relationships with a Client and Hiring Managers through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities
• Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities
• Identifying process improvements and managing Client expectations
• Ensuring Candidate and Hiring Manager great experience by frequent updates and communication
• Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
• Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives

Skills & Experience

• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes in the EMEA region for pharma or life science sector
• Working directly with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English is a must
• Strong customer focus and excellent stakeholders management skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with Candidates, Clients and Teammates
• Analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach
