Your role as Tax Stamps & Masterdata Officer
The Logistics & Customs Department is one of the pillars of Integrated Supply Chain, with a strong connection towards Production and the other departments within Integrated Supply Chain (Demand planning, Customer Service and Supply Planning).
The Tax Stamps & Masterdata Officer is responsible and accountable for tax stamps reconciliation with external customers globally & the maintenance of masterdata in the ERP system of local sales entities (Benelux and Germany).
You will be part of a new and young department within STG : the Centre Of Expertise of tax stamps. To have a department of experts on this specific subject, is a valuable addition in our organization. You also continuously look for ways of improving our processes so we can work in a more efficient manner, and you are involved in projects.
Other tasks and responsibilities are:
  • Masterdata management in ERP system local sales entities (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Create tax stamp statements for export customers
  • Link between Account Manager and Warehouse employees
  • Ordering tax stamps (BE-LU-NL-DE)

What is needed for you to succeed?
You are accustomed to working in an international company as a Teamplayer collaborating with colleagues from different locations and internal and external stakeholders. You are enthusiastic, accurate and assertive. You work with a strong drive, getting your energy from achieving your goals. You possess good business acumen and demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact on different levels.
Other requirements:
  • You are positive and pragmatic, flexible and dynamic
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (currently Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Excel skills
  • Strong administrative skills and very accurate;
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, having a good knowledge of German is a plus

Working from home for 1 or 2 days a week is a possibility, in agreement with the team leader. All of our full-time vacancies are also open to candidates wishing to work 80%.
