Role

This is a Team leader position where you will manage and drive a team of about 12 people who are responsible for the day-to-day management of privileged accesses in the company. This includes the life cycle management of privileged accounts (generic and functional on windows/UNIX/applications), review of IT changes related to IDAM, security quality checks on Wintel Servers, CyberArk safe and platform management

Required Profile

  • You have experience in people management
  • You have experience with Agile and Kanban
  • Extensive knowledge in security and/or IT risk management.
  • You have critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • You know how to plan and organize and are result oriented.
  • You have the ability to achieve targets within given time frames
  • You have good interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills (fluent English is a must) and c an efficiently coordinate team activities
  • You have a clear vision on what needs to be done to achieve the team goals
  • You can lead a team with lots of enthusiasm and drive
  • You are a team player
  • You have a security mindset
  • Experience with dealing with regulatory compliance issues as well as best practices in security
