We are looking for a Team Leader Visual Inspection who is dynamic, excellence-driven, and passionate about safety to join our Sterile Manufacturing team based in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.

About The Role

The Team Leader Visual Inspection will play a vital role in supervising visual inspection activities of sterile pharmaceutical products. They will be responsible for leading an autonomous team to achieve short-term (1 to 2 years) key deliverables.

With Whom You Will Work

You will closely collaborate with internal teams and act as the key manufacturing representative for the visual inspection department.

What You Will Do

  • Supervise and autonomously manage team members to achieve KPIs and function objectives in line with SOPs.
  • Organize and supervise visual inspection activities of pharmaceutical products to ensure internal customer satisfaction, while adhering to safety, quality, environmental, time, and budgetary standards.
  • Ensure compliance with legislations, internal quality and safety procedures, compliance, and work instructions.
  • Encourage team development and foster an excellent team spirit.

Interested? For this role, we are seeking the following education, experience, and skills

  • Master’s Degree
  • Experience in pharmaceutical product manufacturing and/or in the biopharma industry.
  • Team management experience.
  • Proficiency in continuous improvement tools (TPM, 6-Sigma, etc.).
  • Fluent in English.
