For IVC we are looking for a Teamlead Customer Service for the BeNeLux market:

Function

The team lead customer service supports the company’s customer service activities by directing and overseeing team members, resolving customer questions or complaints, and developing procedures to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Acts as teamlead for the customer service team of the geo.
  • Resolves escalated issues and/or unique or complex requests from customers, sales order related.
  • Is authorized to approve special adjustments or exceptions for a customer, sales order related.
  • Solves supply versus demand issues together with production planning and prioritizes demand in case of longer lead times.
  • Oversees day-to-day operation and ensures that correct procedures are followed.
  • Identifies system improvements to enhance the team’s efficiency (raise automation & avoid rework to improve leadtimes)
  • Motivates team members, coaches and guides less experienced team members.
  • Creates an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, encourages creativity and risk-taking.
  • Delegates tasks, sets deadlines for the customer service team and monitors team and individual performance.
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching for the sales assistants in the team.
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Profile
  • 5 years of related experience.
  • Profound knowledge of customer business flows.
  • In depth knowledge of back-office applications (such as MS Office, MS Outlook, SAP).
  • Precision, efficiency and flexibility.
