The Technical Writer is a member of the Technical Services department. The main task of the Technical Writer is to create and maintain the technical information package of our existing and future products and solutions. The technical information package consists of written documents (reference guides, user guides, etc.), online help content and short videos. When creating the content, the technical writer should consider two main aspects: providing accurate technical information and optimally supporting customers in installing and using our products and solutions.

Your Impact: Role and Responsibilities

• You produce and maintain technical information for HMS products and solutions
• You organize and execute Technical Information tasks according to department release plans and goals
• You maintain and improve the quality of HMS technical information
• You ensure technical information is accurate and comprehensible
• You work in line with the high standards of quality and security required by the company
• You contribute to the on-going improvement of the product through a good collaboration with other departments (PM, R&D, Production, etc.)

Your Qualifications and Education Requirements

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in English, Computer Science, Journalism, Communications or have 5 years relevant experience
• You have a very good written English
• You have a good knowledge of documentation tools
• You have experience in structured content management solutions
