  • Gain deep understanding of applications and services, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content
  • Product high quality documentation for the information systems
  • Writing easy-to-understand texts, user manuals, IS on-line help, web documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as product managers, software developers and service delivery managers) and participate in our release and sprint reviews
  • Participation in the quality management process
QualificationsIf you haveKnowledge and skills:
  • Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and French
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of wiki and collaborative sites
  • Analytical and perseverance to get the complete overview
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Constructive participation in meeting
  • Team spirit
  • High degree of initiative, autonomy and commitment
  • Service oriented mindset
  • Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment
  • ITIL certified
