You will conduct telephone interviews in Romanian in order to achieve business plan commitments and growth objectives and to bring the brand to life. This means you will contact existing and new customers and make sure the following tasks are completed:

  • You collect information from new and existing customers on brand image strategy for our different product lines via outbound calls
  • You verify the details of contact per telephone
  • You analyze the current activities of the customer
  • You verify if the contact person would like to arrange a meeting with one of our sales engineers

  • A first working experience in commercial telephone/marketing environment is requested (also open to fresh graduates)
  • You are fluent in Romanian (native level) and English, any other language is highly appreciated
  • You are PC literate (Excel, Internet...)
  • You are available for a period of minimum 6 months
  • You have a proven ability to gather information via different channels per telephone
  • You have B2B knowledge or affinity with proactive client phone contact
  • You are open to learn new things

  • You will be part of a motivated and stimulating environment and you will be able to join a young international office
  • You will be hired for a period of 18 months
