The job
As a Tender Engineer Power Services, you will quote a broad range of technical services including the start-up, maintenance, testing, retrofit, and upgrade of all Power equipment installed at the customer’s site.
You will develop close and lasting relationships with customers in industries such as Chemical, Life Science, Wastewater, Food & Beverage and Heavy Industry.
The scope is wide, and this gives you great opportunity to help customers while reaching your goals:
- System performance audits and preventative maintenance
- Life cycle management and modernization services
- Service Level Agreements
- Customer training programs
- Cybersecurity and digital remote services
It is essential for you to secure customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing activities.
You participate in the preparation of analysis and reports on field service performance. You work closely with Outside Sales Engineers and the Account Managers to maximize business opportunities. You keep Field Services Marketing leaders informed on offers’ feedback and needs.
You educate customers on Schneider Electric products and services, and you provide mentoring, coaching and guidance to your colleagues.

- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Service Engineering or similar.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools.
