Currently we are seeking for a Tenders Specialist located either in Belgium , Netherland or Sweden with a BenNor scope of responsabilities. This region encompasses the subs in Benelux and Nordics .The Tenders Specialist would be manage by Regional CFO .

You will be the Owner and coordinator of the tendering and RFQ process.

The Tenders Specialist will manage tenders process in the Benelux and Nordics and will help us gain in efficiency, reducing admin burden for Sales, Service and Marketing, ultimately increasing our win rate.

The main Missions a will be :

• Monitor and pre-select tenders on adhoc platforms

• Coordinate Go / No Go decision. Final say / decision stays with Sales Manager and Account Manager.

• Creation of a data bank and create efficient data gathering process

  • Establish / Coordinate / Gather the technical and financial elements of the offer: sales, marketing, technical, administrative, legal.

  • Establish / Coordinate requests for clarification together with Account Manager ?

• Elaboration and writing of the technical and administrative proposal adapted to the customer needs

  • Partner with sales assistant to consolidate the application files and have them validated internally

  • Verify the perfect conformity of the files in terms of form, content and deadlines.

• Organize and store contracts and legal agreements related to Tenders and multiyear deals

• Partner with Installed Base team and Account Managers to follow-up contract milestones and compliance with commitments

Who are you :

• 
  Ideally you will come from an administrative, contracts or legal background

• Previous experience in Tenders in Life Science, Med Tech or IVD is a plus

• High Level of MS Office & excel

• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, capable of working in a team and on your own.

• Financial analysis skills

• Strong communication skills, the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally

• Languages : Dutch or Swedish fluent , English Fluent
