Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Digital Enablement team on business development activities, including identification, proposal development, go-to-market content and other pursuit activities.
Participate in continuously improving and positioning our KPMG Quality Assurance methodology, assets and templates as part of the go to market activities.
Coordinate with KPMG Lighthouse for the development of a test automation framework and development and integration thereof in the continuous testing & continuous integration cycle.
Manage, plan and coordinate software quality & testing activities for the Digital and Technology transformations at our clients.
Report to senior management on the status of test (automation) activities and test execution. Manage resources, budgets and risks on the programs.
Advise clients on the best test approach and methodologies, and provide proof of concepts
Coordinate test defect management activities.
Influence clients, teams and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior people.

Skills & Qualifications

You hold a master’s degree
You have excellent consultancy skills to establish credibility at C-level and build long term partnerships.
Managerial and leadership capabilities.
At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting and more than 2 years of experience in test management & coordination.
Experience in Test Automation is a plus.
Experience in complex and multi-purpose software platforms like SAP, Microsoft,…
ISTQB certified or having a good understanding of testing management and automation methodologies.
Plan and execute a project to deliver a superior client experience.
Build in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and stay up-to-date on industry activities, marketplace trends, innovation efforts, and leading practices.
Experience in Test Automation suites like Tricentis TOSCA, Worksoft Certify, Microfocus UFT, Squish, Selenium, and/or others is a plus.
Experience with Agile environments is also a plus.
You are fluent in English and Dutch/French.
