  • Are you ready to help drive Odoo’s growth by expanding our presence at key industry events? We’re looking for a Trade Show & Event Planner who is proactive, creative, and has a talent for building relationships—someone who can identify new trade show opportunities across diverse sectors, negotiate with event organizers, and manage the full organization of each event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

In this role, you’ll research and select trade shows where Odoo’s presence will be impactful, manage the administrative side by connecting with organizers, and negotiate packages to secure the best deals. We’re looking for someone with a creative approach to event planning who can bring fresh ideas for stand design, promotional materials, and overall event experience.

You’ll also be the go-to person internally, working with various departments to coordinate event staffing, prepare marketing materials, and ensure all logistics are covered. If you’re organized, a strong communicator with a collaborative approach, and enjoy seeing projects through from start to finish, we’d love to hear from you!

    Must Have
    • Bachelor degree or higher
    • Valid work permit for Belgium
    • Very good speaking, writing and understanding of English & French
    • Interest in software/technical products

    • Highly creative and autonomous
    • Driving license
