Job Description

BESIX Academy is the team responsible for all Learning & Development activities of our staff. As a member of the BESIX Academy, you are in charge of organising all blue collar workers training, according to certification requirements

Tasks

  • Analyse training needs, contact suppliers, analyse offers, plan training
  • Coordinate with our construction sites, invite participants to trainings
  • Keep track of all attendances for every training
  • Keep the workers’ training matrix & LMS up to date
  • Send certificates to blue collar workers & file them on the drive

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in administration / office management / management assistant
  • Well organised
  • Fluent in French & Dutch
  • Computer literate, especially Excel
  • You are willing to work on an interim contract of 6 months
