Transformation Consultant

AXA Bank’s strategy entails a large focus on the key customer journeys. The organizational set-up of AXA bank has been changed to cater for this renewed focus. To this end, a Transformation Team as part of a larger Transformation Department has been created. We’re actually looking for a Transformation Consultant, thriven by “change” who wants to be part of this exciting journey.

The Transformation Consultant
Leads assessments/studies in a structured way (adherence to project management methodology) across the different customer journeys/domains within the bank

Facilitates a “change” culture

Facilitates brainstorm sessions and leads workshops

Facilitates customer journey mapping

Constantly promotes the simplification of processes and the improvement of their quality in order to provide internal and external Customers with optimal service

You act as a role model by being open, positive and enthusiastic in leading change and collaboration

It is helpful that you hold a Masters degree

You have a thorough experience in business projects within financial services, included experience in the collaboration between businesss, data and transformation teams; agile knowledge is a plus

You combine good organisational and communication & presentation skills

You are a teamplayer, creative and with a problem solving mindset

You speak fluent Dutch and English and have a professional knowledge of French
