To accelerate our growth through our Sales Channels we are looking for a UCaaS Sales Acceleration Expert for the Flemish region:

A UCaaS sales acceleration expert is the sales expert who guides our partners sales force in order to become the leading partners in solution selling and value based selling of cloud communication and UCaaS products towards their own customer base:

Title: UCaaS Sales Acceleration Expert

Contract: Unlimited employment contract

Region: Belgium (mainly Flanders)

Working region: depending on the partners location

Reporting: This position reports to the Direct Sales manager

Main function: Drive sales throughout partner network and partner customer base.

Required expertise:

● Direct Touch and/or Direct Sales experience in medium to large organisations

● Sales of telecommunication services

● Understanding of networking and IT environment in medium to large organisations

Candidate profile:

● Sales results-driven person

● Technology personality

● Can do attitude

● Motivated and enthusiastic

● Organized and focused

● Excellent presentation skills

Responsibilities:

· Build the telco department together with existing Key partners.

· Prospect the Partner database to identify possible new customers.

· High energy and enjoys being out in the field.

· Assist in writing/defending proposals.

· Act as an interface for the customer/Partner towards internal finance, support, operations, and management

· Etc.

  • Service minded: Focuses on what is best for the prospect in a balanced way from Telavox perspective and works to effectively solve issues/questions. You are a commercial talent who loves to work in a team and who is not afraid to tackle complex solutions.
  • Business:Understands the business of Telavox and partners, Work with the whole management team to secure the process from sales to a happy end customer. Strategic Business Development
  • Sales:

· A do attitude.

· Be the voice of the Telavox/partners/customer

· Skilled in sales techniques and negotiations, knows how to calculate/price deals, seen as a strong and reliable resource for customer cases. Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward thinking and customer-first attitude.

· Push self and others to achieve bottom line results

· Actively support the contract negotiations

· Initiate and support the implementation

· a positive attitude with the ability to work in a team

· You have multi-year experience as an Account Manager, and you have experience and a strong affinity with Voip, UCaaS or Unified Communications.

· You are a commercial talent who loves to work in a team and who is not afraid to tackle complex solutions.

· You are a strong communicator.

· You speak and write Dutch, French and English.

· You understand corporate/ governance within complex organizations.

· You are interested in the wonderful and ever-changing world of Ucaas.

Product knowledge:comfortable in technical discussions concerning the product and eager to understand how it works (doing demo’s)

DriveHigh energy and enjoys being out in the field, meeting with partners and driving sales

Work Experience:

Required:

  • A minimum of 5 years of Sales experience.
  • Service based selling.
  • Value based selling.

Preferred:

  • Sales experience
  • Knowledge of IT or Telecom sector
  • Experience with medium to large VARs/Integrators

Languages:

You are fluent in Dutch and are able to have basic conversations in French. As we are growing in Europe and have a Swedish HQ, professional proficiency in English is a must.
