Well known Global Consultancy based in Leuven are looking for a Video Support Specialist.

Responsibilities

AV/ICT Technician

  • Provide technical support to customers with active Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Collaborate on testing and evaluating emerging technologies
  • Configure and prepare customer devices prior to deployment
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of hardware installations on customer networks
  • Guide customers through infrastructure preparation ahead of scheduled installations
  • Partner with colleagues to develop innovative audiovisual and IT solutions
  • Deliver on-site support for customer AV systems and installations

Qualifications: Background in ICT required, with audiovisual experience being highly advantageous. While comprehensive training will be provided, candidates must demonstrate initiative to independently expand their knowledge base and perform self-directed testing of new systems and technologies.
