Introduction

Service Market Logistics, an unknown concept to many people, but a meaningful service at Volvo Group. Thus we look with pride not only at our factory, but also at our warehouse which has long been a part of our Ghent site. The largest central distribution center is located with us and contains all parts of trucks, buses, construction materials and industrial - and marine - engines. Being and staying successful? Meet your team.

You will be part of a small and dynamic team. Together with this team you are responsible for handling our customer complaints. For this you also work closely together with other colleagues within the service center.

Your ideal job?

As a Claims Handler you will be responsible for handling claims related to our international customers, outside Europe for different brands in the Volvo Group..

You work, with our Volvo colleagues worldwide as well as with our external importers, in a small team of 6 colleagues in Ghent.

You will be responsible for a portfolio of contacts.

You handle the incoming claims on deviations in our supply chain from A to Z : from opening the case, checking the pre-requisites, follow-up, till closing.

You have great organizational skills and time management is one of your strengths.

Are we the perfect match?

• Your communication skills are very useful, you work closely together with our customer service and the warehouse.
• You are strong in switching between different systems and tasks and you can set priorities when necessary.
• You work in a structured way and administration is your thing
• You have a good knowledge of Office 365 and especially Excel
• You have a good knowledge of English
• You like to work in a team
• This role can be filled fulltime of 80% is also possible.
