Vaimo is looking for a Workplace Coordinator with special interest in HR.Happy colleagues in a happy environment make you smile.

You are a great listener and besides being responsible for the office management and the organisation of internal events, you enjoy being busy with HR-related tasks.

We would love our new Workplace Coordinator to be open and hands-on, share information, give and ask feedback and make sure all people are happy with their workspace and supplies. It is all about teamwork at Vaimo, so of course, you will have plenty of helping hands.
You will be an important ambassador for our values, a first impression for our visitors, and the one who ensures that our office is an inspiring, agile & collaborative space.
This is a part-time position, we expect you to work 24h a week to start with. As we are a fast-growing company, this can be extended in the future.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate a pleasant work environment - at the office and for those who are working remotely
- Drive improvements to our working environment
- Welcome and introduce new employees
- Coordinate with other departments such as HR and Marketing to help drive local implementations of office branding, culture etc.
- Arrange and coordinate internal events
- Responsible for purchasing, supplier agreements and service maintenance, and all the necessities for the office to function and to be an engaging and motivating place, this all in a hands-on manner
- Administrative support for managers and office improvement projects
- Support the HR manager with HR-related tasks, such as salary administration, updating data in our HR system, following up on vacation requests, but also helping to improve processes.

- Good with Communication: excellent command of Dutch and English, verbal and written
- Energetic
- Organised
- Creative
- Experience in working across countries/cultures is a plus
- Experience with payroll administration is a plus
