Job Description

Your responsibilities

● You will build and manage client relationships.

● You will support business development activities. You will promote our offers and deliver assignments to meet the benefits expected from our customers .

● You will support the development of our practices through content building, sharing of best practices etc.

● You will be involved in pre-sales activities. Based on an initial assessment and your past experience you will be able to build and propose the client an initial approach.

● You will lead strategic & digital transformation programs and you will be responsible for a qualitative delivery.

● You have an understanding of the overall direction of the company and the industry, and the ability to read political signs.

● You will liaise with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions.

● You will mitigate risks to assure the realization of deliverables and milestones.

● You will lead teams of consultants and confirmed consultants and you will be responsible to support & train them where needed.

Qualifications

Your profile

● You have at least 5+ years of proven experience in management consulting missions.

● You have practical experience in at least 1 of the following industries: retail, banking/insurance, healthcare/pharma, manufacturing, automotive, supply chain, energy, telecom & media.

● You have several certifications in management consulting, project management and/or change management.

● You have outstanding analytical and problem solving skills. Commercial awareness is key.

● You have the ability to communicate effectively in all mediums and you have the capability to interact with senior management.

● You have high qualitative interpersonal skills to successfully lead customer projects and teams.

● You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.

● You are fluent in Dutch/French and have a good knowledge of English.

● You have a Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Management.
