Our client is a fast growing company active in the automotive sector.

As Legal Advisoryou will be responsible for:

  • Advise the Management in various branches of law, especially corporate law, data privacy law, contract law, financial law and labour law;
  • Review and draft (financial) contracts and general terms and conditions;
  • Prepare the minutes of board and shareholders meetings;
  • Maintain overall corporate housekeeping;
  • Handling KYC questions from the banks;
  • Manage the insurance policies.

The required profile for the Legal Advisorposition:

  • Master Degree in law;
  • Fluent in Dutch-French-English; knowledge of German is an asset;
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar job in an international environment;
  • Strong affinity for integrity and compliance;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Sense of initiative;
  • Clear & accurate reporting;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Team player;
  • Sound IT skills, especially Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint;
  • Being a member of the federation of Belgian company lawyers (IBJ-IJE) is an asset.
