Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Legal Manager (m/f/x)for a permanent position based in Willebroek (Antwerp).

Our client is an international company active in the Waste-to-Energy sector, with projects in more than 25 countries.

As Legal Manager (m/f/x)you will :

• Manage the daily operations of the Legal Department ;
• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of legal documents and contracts, amongst which EPC contracts;
• Take part in the development, implementation and execution of project and contract strategies;
• Oversee and spearhead all litigation cases, coordinating with external experts when needed;
• Monitor the Corporate and Insurance obligations of the company;
• Monitor and defend the Intellectual Property rights of the company
• Develop new tools and processes for an efficient contract management;
• Manage the Legal budget with the Executive Director approval;
• Coach team leaders and managers on legal matters.

The required profile for the Legal Manager (m/f/x)position:

• A Master’s degree of law + a minimum of 5 years’ experience;
• Experience in EPC contracts;
• Expertise in contract law and strategy;
• Native in French or in Dutch with a strong level in the other language + fluent in English;
• Demonstrated leadership and budget management skills;
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities;
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail;
• Experience in an international environment is a plus;
• Experience in training and developing people’s expertise is a plus.
