Main purpose of the role:

Coordination of flawless execution of 3pl activities under control of the logistics mgr,
Responsible for a correct invoicing process in SAP,
Review and analysis of KPI’s of the 3pl in collaboration with the logistics mgr and corrective actions if necessary.

Accountabilities:

Is responsible for the review of existing 3PL SLAs: Identify gaps with respect to the contract SLA’s and takes actions to mitigate or redefine current KPI,
Flawless execution of end-to-end 3PL activities, in collaboration with PepsiCo customer service and planning team,
Actively engaged in productivity projects and continues improvement projects related to 3PL’s,
Responsible for preparation, review and improvement of month end closing and forecasting, both financially and on logistic performance (KPI’s),
Responsible for transport and/or warehouse tenders as SPOC for the procurement team,
Provides warehousing & transport volume and costing data to support P & L calculations,
Responsible for the stock reconciliations of the 3PL’s.

Key skills/experience required:

Master’s degree,
Thorough knowledge of MS Office modules (especially Excel),
Is a problem-solver and analytical thinker,
General language: Dutch, English,
Shows responsibility for their own actions and sense of order and cleanliness in their own workspace,
Testifies strong personal insights and is able to think logically to bring alleged tasks to a successful conclusion,
Knowledge of SAP is a plus,
Sense of responsibility,
Expression skills: communicating openly and transparently.
