Description:
  • To guarantee the service continuity of the IT MIM (Major Incident Management) support team.
  • Coordination of major incidents that are detected through the monitoring solution and/or reported by the users.
Skills Required:
  • Knowledge and experience in APM and Dynatrace.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow is an added value.
  • A good understanding of an IT landscape where multiple applications are running on multiple platforms (cloud & non-cloud).
  • Written and oral NL/ FR/ ANG.
  • Analytical and communication skills are key. Written communications for Major Incidents have to be done in Dutch and French. Troubleshooting calls are mainly in English.

Context:
There can be flexibility to either work earlier hours (07:00am-3:30pm), or from 09:30am-6:00pm.
