The Cyber & Intelligence (C&I) Authentication Solutions team is looking for a Market Product Manager to manage the Smart Authentication suite of products: identifying market needs in terms of Authentication, Authorisation and Fraud Performance to further increase the penetration of our products and to further develop or refine existing and new products to fit. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with transaction data: analysing behaviours and patterns, draw conclusions and tell compelling stories in a graphical way. He/she is very focused on the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
In this position, you will:
  • Demonstrate strong data management, reporting and analytical skills and master clear story-telling based on data results captured in straightforward graphics and presentations.
  • Partner with Divisional C&I Leads and local Account Teams to understand and identify their customers’ business needs and opportunities, understand where our (Smart Authententication) products are relevant and deliver appropriate solutions and product propositions.
  • Partner with Global C&I Product Teams to convey European product requirements
  • Prepare products to be taken to market through the standard product development processes while partnering with the relevant teams such as Marketing, Implementation and Delivery, Pricing and Economics, Legal Counsel, Operations and many more.
  • Take responsibility for managing and meeting product quality as well as revenue objectives.
  • Support the C&I Authentication Solutions team with and where your data analysis and reporting skills and expertise are strengthening the product management efforts of the team.
  • Manage the different monitoring and compliance programs to ensure Authentication Solution KPIs continue to achieve better performance

All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:
  • Have the capacity to leverage the tools and sources available at Mastercard to exploit data, perform relevant and meaningful analysis and produce compelling material to reflect the findings and conclusions
  • Interpret and apply program vision and strategy to product strategy and roadmap for the Products they manage, clearly communicating it to key stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • Oversee product evolution, establish go-to-market strategy, optimize products and resources, implement incremental improvements within the product’s life cycle, conduct ongoing care and maintenance

  • Understand and can explain the business context, the product proposition and the associated customer use cases in very simple terms
  • Be a strong, confident, and exact writer and speaker, able to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Take initiative to seek new /different approaches to existing problems and carefully apply them to build out solutions.

  • Look for complementary products or services that can also help the customer
  • Be skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly
