Job content

  • Multiple years of experience in pharma commercial, Sales and Marketing subject area espcially in Market Access, Pricing, Tender Management function.

  • Person will be working with commercial leaders and business stakeholders and no IT and hence need strong domain skills in Market Access functions

  • Participate and conduct business requirement gathering sessions

  • Develop User stories and Process flows based on business requirements

  • Should be well versed with different geography reporting and data caveats/regulations across geographies

  • Should have knowledge about different business and market personas (Brand Teams, Marketing Teams, Salesforce Teams, KOLs, KAM, TLs)

  • Should be able to prepare business requirement and solution related documents

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to ramp up on clients, business needs

  • Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills

  • Good project management skills
