About the Challenge

Our production department is divided into autonomous Flow Teams that are responsible for the complete production and logistics flow of a certain range of products. As a manufacturing engineer, you are part of one of our Flow Teams.

You are jointly responsible for determining the production method and the production process and the implementation of new and/or modified products. You are also responsible for the continuous improvements of the assembly process, monitoring the process quality, safety and ergonomics of the production process.

In collaboration with the project team, you introduce new products on the production lines in the most efficient way.

Your Skills
  • Engineering degree or equivalent through experience
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Experience in operational and/or logistics manufacturing
  • Knowledge of LEAN principles
  • Communicative, self-starting, result-oriented team player
  • Pragmatic, technical insight, analytical mind
