At Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe (HCEE), we deal with the sales, marketing and service of Construction Equipment and Material Handling Equipment in Europe.

We have over 100 dealers in 30 countries in Europe, selling our world-class equipment and parts to clients.

We deal with the sales and marketing of construction and material handling equipment across Europe and are constantly looking for motivated new colleagues to join our team.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Network Excellence Department in Tessenderlo as a Market Intelligence Coordinator.

Job description

In this exciting and versatile job you will have a lot of variety.

  • You will generate, prepare, structure and maintain data that support in accessing the performance of our dealers (sales, market share...).
  • You develop schemes that motivate dealers to increase performance.
  • You prepare decisions for dealer cancellation and appointment.
  • You exchange data with national sales associations in Europe and hold a relationship with them.
  • You will develop new structures and processes in all aspects of network excellence improvement.
  • You will set up structural reports in BI (Business Intelligence) for dealer performance measurement.
  • You will report to the Network Excellence Leader Europe.
  • You will collaborate closely with the field sales and aftersales teams.
  • You will travel occasionally in Europe.

Profile

  • You have at least 5 years of experience with data analysis and data management in an international environment.
  • You are a creative thinker and have a very structured and analytical mind.
  • You are experienced with BI tools.
  • You are proactive, work independently, like to take the lead and working in a green field environment excites you.
  • You speak fluent English. Dutch, German and/or French are a plus.
