The Role

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible forimplementing and managing the marketing automation program for 3 [out of 4] Divisions of the Power Technique Business Area.

Your mission includes the roll-out and adoption of the marketing automation platform, fully leveraging its capabilities.

You will be part of the newly created Digital Customer Experience team [DCX team], working closely with marketing, communications & IT functions and you will report to the Web Manager.

You will enable your communications and marketing colleagues to master the main foundations of marketing automation [personas, customer journeys, segmentation, content strategy - SEO, SEA - analytics, etc.] and how to successfully promote campaigns that drive lead generation and accelerate digital revenue growth.

We are looking for a marketing automation specialist who is creative, analytical, tech-savvy, flexible, hands-on, and passionated about digital marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Primary subject matter expert of our marketing automation program [principles and platform];
  • Develop and implement the marketing automation strategy/program for the capital equipment and service Divisions from the Power Technique Business Area;
  • Develop roadmap to introduce the marketing automation platform to a pilot country and further roll-out to all stakeholders in the organization (Business Divisions, Customer Centers, marketing, communication and sales functions);
  • Training of all stakeholders in various maturity degrees to ensure best possible global and local performance at all times;
  • Track progress of the marketing automation program adoption, report results and improvements to key stakeholders;
  • Ensure a continued and highly targeted marketing automation program focused on lead generation and digital revenues growth;
  • Understand the motivations of the different audiences [personas and customer journeys], so segmentation can be used as effectively as possible;
  • Work closely with the platform support team to troubleshoot issues of all main stakeholders;
  • Drive platform integrations, based on business priorities and stakeholders feedback;
  • Work with stakeholders to define KPI’s, create reporting, analyze campaigns performance;
  • Make the connection between the communications, marketing, sales, IT, development and e-commerce teams with the aim of continuously improving the results of the marketing automation program;
  • Create procedures and guidelines and keep the documentation up to date;
  • Proactively research, check viability and create recommentdations to implement the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards;
  • Drive continued innovation and regularly share knowledge with the broader team.

What we expect of you?
  • You have a degree in digital marketing, communications, or co-related business fields;
  • You have a first experience in marketing automation, in which you’ve learned the main principles and how to implement a good strategy;
  • A background in data or CRM is a plus;
  • Experience with e-commerce is a big plus;
  • Experience with C4C, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics and Adobe CMS will be considered as an advantage;
  • You have technical affinity or you are keen on learning;
  • Turn strategies into action. Strong operational and executional capabilities, hands-on attitude;
  • You are highly organized with strong project management skills;
  • Self-motivated and passionated about digitalization;
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities;
  • Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion;
  • You have a high sense of ownership and take initiative;
  • You are a team player but can also work independently;
  • Experience in rolling out a platform and organising/giving training for a global audience is a +; 
  • Fluent command of English is necessary; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage; 
  • You live in Europe – availability to work on the EMEA time zone.
