Etex Industry is a business unit operating worldwide that specialises in thermal and acoustic insulation and passive fire protection across a wide range of industrial fields, such as Fire Rated Applications, Renewable Energy, Transportation, Marine and Heavy Industry. We are headquartered in Sint-Niklaas (Belgium).

We are currently looking for a Marketing Communication Manager.

Responsibilities

You play a key role in supporting Etex Industry, as you actively drive our Marketing and Communication efforts towards internal and external audiences, across existing and future communication channels. You will simultaneously manage, coordinate and execute a number of marketing and communications projects:
  • Drive marketing campaign strategies for key company strategic initiatives and create impactful content for those campaigns.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies and ensure consistency and alignment of communication campaigns across the division.
  • Manage and build on the Promat website, in collaboration with other Etex teams.
  • Conduct search engine optimastion analysis to attract relevant B2B customers.
  • Manage third-party vendors, including agencies, designers, printers and freelancers, and associated budgets to ensure strategic and cost-effective use of services.
  • Plan and manage the implementation of Etex corporate campaigns.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and teams to support leadership and fulfill marketing and communication objectives.
  • Measure and present the impact of the various communication campaigns, use this to drive performance improvements.

Requirements

  • Team player & self-motivated
  • Master’s degree or equal through experience
  • Ability to identify and analyze business and audience needs to deliver messages via the most appropriate mix of channels, including social media.
  • Ability to manage and develop a company website through a CMS.
  • Experience with search engine optimisation.
  • Manage a number of programs/projects simultaneously in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize work on a daily basis.
  • Proven problem solving ability that can identify source of challenge, impact of issue as it relates to other functions, impact on stakeholders, and recommended solution.
  • Superior collaboration and interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of management.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • MS Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point)
  • Willing to occasionally travel
