We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing & Communications department based in Louvain-la-Neuve.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will drive marketing campaigns and action plans in our Energy department to contribute to the business growth, drive sales enablement actions, and position N-SIDE as the top reference in Innovative Advanced Analytics Solutions for system operators and power exchanges (B2B). You will drive the energy department to further success and impact through your marketing actions.
What you’ll do
- Contribute to the marketing plan based on the priority and strategy of energy department and sales:
- Align with the Energy department on the marketing objectives (brand awareness, acquisition, retention, nurturing…)
- Determine which touchpoints / marketing mix based Sales priority, past campaigns results, market trends and competition. Marketing mix examples: conferences, webinars, customer nurturing events, Account-based marketing, website update, paid media, etc
- Design and deliver the SEO content plan to cover the entire buyer journey. This includes writing new content for our blog, social media, etc
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, from briefing to implementation and evaluation (emailing, organic social media, paid media, LinkedIn Ads, web communications, videos, print materials, webinars, customer events …)
- Drive sales enablement actions: empower the sales team with the right resources and materials, support on ICP and persona identification, pre-qualification of MQL
- Manage and attend energy trade shows/conferences:
- Supplier management (e.g. sponsorship negotiation)
- Drive for the most impactful conference strategy (booth location, messaging, etc)
- Organize on-site presence, logistics, and booth set-up
- Lead management and ensure a good follow-up after the event
- Measure your marketing actions using marketing analytics (Hubspot, Looker Studio), and Salesforce. Derive conclusions and recommendations.
- Lead competition, market/industry analysis to feed the business and marketing strategy
- Lead and execute customer nurturing events
- Derive and execute a robust account-based marketing plan in close collaboration with sales and product owners
- Listen to customer feedback for better customer experience: improve and execute the Voice of the Customer program to feed the learnings to energy stakeholders
- Build strong positioning and messaging for energy department and solutions: USP, the value proposition, keep the persona up-to-date in collaboration with sales and product owners
- Contribute to shaping the energy position and product offering for scalability (e.g. packaging our solution(s), adoption path) with sales and product owners
- Maintain a strong partnership with the Energy Department: Sync with energy department and key stakeholders on a recurring basis to stay close to the energy business’ ongoing activities and priorities, able to anticipate changes and opportunities, ensure the success and impact of the energy marketing plan.
About you
- You hold a master in marketing with a proven track record in B2B marketing.
- You have 3-5+ years experience in a similar marketing job.
- Affinity/experience in the energy business/energy market is a must
- Experience in the software or SaaS industry is a plus.
- You know how to write relevant content regarding SEO guidelines.
- Previous experience in account-based marketing experience is an asset.
- You are results-driven and know how to leverage marketing analytics to evaluate campaigns
- You have strong project management and organization skills.
- You are able to ‘hit the ground running’ and be ready to quickly jump into projects.
- You are a team player, and you like to take on new challenges.
- You are eager to learn and collaborate with different colleagues and external agencies.
- You are curious to continuously learn about our energy solutions and business.
- You like new challenges, ambitious and eager to grow.
- You are able to work with Marketing tools like Hubspot and Salesforce
- Fluent in English (both oral and written).
