MARKETING MANAGER EXECUTIVE EDUCATION

We are looking for an enthusiastic and drivenMarketing Manager. In this role you will be responsible for mapping out the marketing strategy for our 80+ Open Executive Education Programmesin different specific and more general management domains, and our Customised B2B services. You will lead a team of enthusiastic marketing & sales professionals and report to our BU Manager Open Executive Education and our Director Open Executive Education. Vlerick is a school, but it is run as a professional service, aligned with the high standards we foster in our different programmes. Are you ready to take the leap?

The job

• Map out the marketing strategy for Executive Education, translate it into plans, campaigns, and actions. You analyse the ROI and manage marketing budgets.
• Overall, you take ownership of all marketing efforts, generating leads for our 80+ Open Executive Education programmes and for our Customised B2B services. You work closely together with our programme managers to monitor and increase conversion.
• Act as a marketing sounding board for the executive education team by bringing relevant marketing data and insights to the table.
• Manage, support and coach an enthusiastic team of motivated marketing professionals.
• Stay on top of marketing trends and trends in the world of Business Schools and the competitive landscape of international Executive Education.
• Represent the Executive Education unit in strategic projects with a marketing angle at school level.
• Report directly to our BU Manager Open Executive Education and our Director Open Executive Education and participate in the Executive Education team.

You

• Are a marketeer at heart. You have strong relevant (international) experience and are ready to map out the marketing strategy for 80+ Open Executive Education programmes, each with their own target group and content.
• Have experience in mapping out a product marketing strategy, guiding a team in setting up campaigns & actions and analyzing the ROI and in managing budgets.
• Have digital marketing skills and experience.
• Have affinity with different management areas and a passion for Executive Education.
• Want to use your strong people-skills to manage a diverse & enthusiastic team.
• Are a team player with a can-do attitude. Working with and for people energizes you.
• Have excellent written & verbal knowledge English. Dutch is a big plus.
• Have an eye for detail.
• Are flexible to be responsible for a team spread over our three campuses (Ghent, Brussels & Leuven), and working hybrid.
