Factry is a Ghent based start-up specialized in the automation of production processes. By connecting industrial equipment with modern open software, they help industrial companies improve their production processes.

The company started in 2016 and is working with clients all over the world in different business sectors.

The team consists of 10 IT experts and they are looking for talented people to join!

What will be your responsibilities ?

Factry is looking for a Marketing expert that will take ownership of various marketing initiatives.

  • You will work closely with the management to achieve the set goals.
  • Guard and promote the brand and make sure all content is in line with the brand identity.
  • For content creation, you will collaborate with external partners but you are not afraid to step in and use your own creativity!
  • Based on analytics, you will shape new initiatives or optimize existing marketing tactics.
  • You will do this with focus on achieving your targets and ensuring a constant flow of quality leads while monitoring your budgets.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B software.
  • You’re a strategic thinker and don’t mind getting your hands dirty.
  • A growth marketing mindset is important. You can set up experiments, interpret marketing metrics and you make decisions based on data.
  • You know how to set up marketing tools on a basic level.
  • You’re fluent in English, both verbal and written.
