MS Dynamics CRM Business Analyst

Due to our continuing success and growth, Eurofins Group CRM IT Competency Centre is currently looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Business Analyst to join the CRM team to implement our MS Dynamics CRM solution globally.

You must be proficient in MS Dynamics CRM functional modules (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service) and knowledgeable in Scrum methodologies. You are also willing to travel 20% of working time during critical project phases.

As a MS Dynamics CRM Business Analyst at Eurofins, you will:

• Develop business analysis in areas of CRM (incl. customer data management, sales, marketing, and customer service), from analysis of requirements through implementation until deployment, migration and go-live phases
• Prepare functional documentation and design CRM customizations (FRD, SDD)
• Prepare, document and execute test cases for end-to-end business scenarios
• Break down functional requirements into user stories
• Contribute to the Scrum process and coordinate daily with our team located in Bangalore, India
• Develop and follow-up on roll-out plans of newly developed functionalities, if required
• Develop and conduct personalized training of business users;
• Organize and conduct group Q&A’s / webinar sessions
• Prepare and distribute CRM newsletters covering flash news and updates, and maintain the CRM knowledge base
• Provide ongoing support to business users by working on complex support requests and contributing to the improvement of the overall support process

• Bachelor Degree in IT or similar (Applied Maths, Engineering, Business degree with integrated IT, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience with MS Dynamics CRM solution
• Proficient functional MS Dynamics CRM application skills is required
• Strong understanding of whole MS Dynamics CRM system technologies is highly desirable
• Strong business knowledge and best practices in the areas of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
• Experience in the business domain (in sales/marketing department)
• Fluent English communication skills (written/oral) required. Knowledge of another language is a plus
