The Multichannel Marketing Manager role within this company is an exciting opportunity that is perfect for an ambitious, proactive go-getter who is ready to take on more responsibility and isn’t afraid to wear ‘multiple hats’. The role will see you working alongside cross functional commercial and medical teams in the organization, building solid relationships to help drive the multichannel roadmap and associated capability build aligned with AbbVie’s digital transformation journey. We’re looking for someone who can work autonomously as well as part of the wider cross-functional team playing a key support role to the business helping optimize customer engagement at every interaction.

Major Responsibilities
  • Supporting both commercial and medical teams to develop and deliver appropriate change management and capability build across the digital transformation roadmap
  • Input into the local multichannel strategy to deliver an exceptional customer experience via best-in-class content and user experience, driven by data and best practice deployment.
  • Identify digital behaviors and leverage them to enhance the quality of our customer experience flows
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help define KPIs, track and monitor those, recommend actions to improve campaigns to ensure continuous learning cycles with channels.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for enhancing customer engagement and experience across the company enabled interacting channels and working with the business on recommended actions
  • Collaborate with global Customer Excellence and Business Technology Solutions (BTS) teams to proactively stay across updates or any changes to the digital transformation roadmap
  • Proactively monitor multichannel campaigns and identify maintenance/quality improvements in line with operational and governance models
  • Stakeholder Management to ensure all team members are on board with roles & responsibilities and individual tasks (internal stakeholders from local and global offices & external 3rd party agencies)
  • Manage various projects of varying complexity and budgets simultaneously
  • Test and review the output of projects for quality assurance and user experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Digitally savvy and on trend with shifts in customer behavior that affect the digital and healthcare landscapes
