For this position, you need to be younger than 24 at the start of your employment, and you will begin your journey with a two-year permanent contract with excellent growth opportunities after successful completion of the program.Let us describe the challenge we offerAs the Operations Young Graduate, you are a key figure in the Operations Department of Polestar Belgium and Luxembourg. Within Operations, we strive for Operational Excellence. Therefore, you will work on/with all processes linked to the Belgium & Luxembourg entities, more specifically on the premium delivery of our cars. You will be empowered to improve current processes and monitor the daily operational performance of our partners regarding deliveries.In this role, you can contribute to the correct implementation of a new direct-to-consumer business model unique in the automotive industry. This role will offer you many learning opportunities.This role will be based in Brussels, and you will report to the Planning, Ordering & Delivery Manager.What You Will Do
  • Play a key role in our Operational Excellence strategy by doing the operational daily follow-up of deliveries, in close collaboration with the internal Order Team, the Sales Team and the Customer Care Team
  • Develop creative ideas to optimize, improve and automize our current delivery process via tools like SalesForce
  • Close cooperation with our external Polestar Spaces and Handover Centers
  • Troubleshooting and identifying the root causes of issues related to our existing process
  • Reporting of relevant data through PowerBI, Qlik and SalesForce
Who You AreYou are a true team player and eager to deliver on commitments. Since the scope of this position is quite broad, it will require a good deal of a ‘go-getter’ attitude but also patience in a start-up environment.   • Have a relevant bachelor’s degree
  • Have excellent written and verbal French, Dutch and English skills
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Are not older than 24 years by the start of the employment
  • Have a good understanding of automotive related processes (is a plus)
