We are looking for an office manager for a company based in Evere.

The company supports clients at every stage of the property lifecycle, from development and consultancy to construction and operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting admin work including managing documentation, archiving, scanning, data shredding and filing.

- Process purchase orders and Invoices.

- Acting as the main SPOC on site and managing any ad hoc general office coordination duties.

- Managing visitors and contractors (including hosting and escorting).

- Posting and Mailroom services, occasional visits to the post office and post box.

- Issuing and monitoring access cards and guest passes, maintaining access records for security audit purposes.

- Organizing all meeting room requests, set up meeting rooms and catering.

- Communicating with staff for the purpose of ordering office supplies, onboarding, events and planning of meeting rooms.

- Supporting property management services, building maintenance and routine maintenance requirements.

- Managing all the security policies and processes and act as the first point of contact.

- Supporting security audits and maintaining all the records.

- Recording and sending daily updates through cleaning supervisors and follow-up on the waste room containing the paper, plastic, and cardboard.

Your profile:

- You have a higher degree in office management or a similar field of study, and/or you have a minimum of a first work experience in facility or office management and with client communication.

- You speak and write English very well, and you have a very good knowledge of Dutch or French.
