About the Role:
The Growth Hacker role is centred on delivering significant revenue through programs that drive scalable movement from top-of-funnel acquisition “sticky” long-term paying customers. You’ll be responsible for creating scalable programs to increase traction with our target audiences and meet our growth key performance indicators.
You thrive on A/B testing, site optimization, paid advertising and search, conversion rates, and above all else, care deeply about personalized and improving the customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:
Design, implement and analyze A/B split tests across all organic and paid channels
Ideate, execute, and report on growth strategies that can move the needle across the company’s revenue, subscriber, and retention growth goals.
Innovate. Continuously test and optimize targeting, bid strategies, creative and landing page/app experience to drive volume and ROI
Use marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, etc.)
Set-up KPIs to ensure we are working with measurable goals
Help build out and maintain a world-class Marketing Playbook and Tech Stack
What we are looking for:

3-5 years of relevant experience in B2B SAAS
You speak and write fluently English
You are a team player who works autonomously and proactively
Strength in analytics, critical thinking, and reasoned judgment
You have the ability to manage complexity and multiple projects in parallel
