The Opportunity:

Responsible for carrying out routine tasks at a customer site. Under close supervision, provide a wide range of onsite Laboratory and Scientific Services as part of the VWR Catalyst Service offering. Prepare and label laboratory materials including but not limited to biological media, buffers and mobile phases in accordance with procedural documents, site and regulatory requirements. Order and maintain material inventory required to manufacture requested formulations to end users. Manage, coordinate and execute sample receipt and sample shipment, including but not limited to; media powders and components, buffers, in process samples. Preparation and shipment of all samples within as well as outside of the Network to meet the site-specific needs, as per site requirements, procedural documents and regulatory requirements.

Als Lab Coördinator voer je routinematige en specialistische taken uit op klantlocatie. Je werkt onder begeleiding en biedt een breed scala aan laboratorium- en wetenschappelijke diensten. Jij bent dé schakel tussen het lab en efficiënte ondersteuning.

Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Voorbereiding en labeling van laboratoriummaterialen volgens protocollen en regelgeving
• Beheer van voorraad en bestellingen voor operationele en formulering-gerelateerde benodigdheden
• Organisatie van sample ontvangst en verzending (intern & extern)
• Installatie, onderhoud en coördinatie van laboratoriumapparatuur (inclusief IMS en eStream updates)
• Eerste aanspreekpunt voor engineers, E&PS en labgebruikers
• Coördineren van schoonmaakprocedures en VHP-decontaminatie (incubatoren, BSC’s, koude ruimtes)

Wat Breng Jij Mee:

• Bachelor werk- en denkniveau (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring), bij voorkeur in laboratoriumrichting
• Nauwkeurigheid, communicatieve vaardigheden en teamspirit
• Ervaring in een GMP-, GLP- of ISO-gecertificeerde omgeving is een voordeel
• Bereidheid om processen te volgen en mee te groeien in kennis
• Veiligheidscontroles: EHBO-kits, oogdouches, spill kits en labwandelingen
• Beheer van vriezers, LN-opslag, kritische instrumenten en biobankondersteuning
• Voorbereiden van audits, communicatie over beleidswijzigingen en labnieuws
