Job content

  • Service management for AVM projects for PI and integrated third party applications
  • Track and report service level KPIs to internal management and also client stakeholders
  • Should be able to create status reports and take end to end delivery ownership for SI/AVMg projects
  • Provide technical level 3 support to team members, if required
  • Contribute to RFPs as SME and also share inputs for contributions to resource planning, pricing etc. with the deal team
  • Contribute to business KPI improvement discussions with the client
  • Create case studies of delivery to showcase the bigger picture (not just technically delivering the requirements)
  • Responsible for project planning, highlighting of key risks, issues and assumptions on time with alternatives for project’s success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering/Science, or any Engineering
  • 8-12 years’ experience in a combination of process control, automation (PCS, SCADA & DCS), software development or information technology management in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology or other life sciences industries.
  • Good technical knowledge of networks and related hardware & software.
  • Good technical knowledge of network security, TCP/IP protocol.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying requirements and subsequent development and implementation of PI Installation and Integration Activities
  • OSIsoft Level 100 Infrastructure accredited
  • OSIsoft Level 100 Installation accreditation preferred
  • Knowledge of other historians like IP21, PHD, GE Proficy is recommended
  • Knowledge of third party systems like APM, LIMS etc. is preferred
  • Preferred to have Pharma background but OK to have extensive background in other domains
