Job summary:
Red Hat’s fast-growing business is built on the increasing importance of our partner ecosystem. To support that continuous growth, we are looking for a Partner Account Manager based in Brussels, Belgium. In this role, you will manage and develop strategic relationships with a limited number of our global system integrators (GSIs). You will take ownership of sustainable long-term growth and accelerate the adoption of our innovative solutions at the GSI. As a Partner Account Manager, you will develop, implement, and manage the outcome of a joint business plan that identifies key growth areas in the partner organization. The final goal is to build an ecosystem that capitalizes on Red Hat’s technologies and solutions in order for the ecosystem to grow further.
Primary job responsibilities:
  • Explore and build a wide range of relations within the GSIs in order to ensure and promote the executive engagement on an ongoing basis
  • Define Red Hat’s value propositions with our leading GSIs in order to win in the short and long term
  • Connect with our GSIs in the country to jointly collaborate on our strategic and enterprise accounts which will strengthen our relationship with the partners and increase our relevance for their business
  • Orchestrate the GSIs in accounts to identify new opportunities, transformational projects, and growth in the account
  • Strengthen Red Hat’s leadership position in the market of containerization (DevSecOps) by using the power of our skilled and committed ecosystem
  • Build a jointly agreed-upon business plan with the GSIs and ensure implementation of the business plan based on defined metrics
  • Work with partners to demonstrate how Red Hat’s solutions and technologies can be integrated in their offerings to deliver a higher ROI
  • Collaborate with other verticals to help promote their business objectives
  • Plan go-to-market initiatives with the assigned GSIs
  • Manage forecasts and stimulate additional revenue growth
Required skills:
  • 7+ years of sales experience working with partners, preferably SIs, or similar experience
  • Experience building strategic relationships and developing business with partners
  • Proven ability to significantly increase revenue with a record of managing teams that deliver targeted sales and market share numbers
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work as part of a team that includes our partners
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude
  • Ability to translate partner business needs into joint solutions and manage those initiatives
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to an ever-changing work environment
  • Willingness to travel, following Red Hat’s COVID-19 guidelines
  • Ability to speak Dutch on a native level; very good written and verbal language skills in French and English
