FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING


IPG-group is looking for an experimented, motivated and energetic payroll expert in the Netherlands to join the European Payroll team.

If you are fast-paced, dertail-oriented and combine several years of experience wwith in-dept local legal knowledge and expertise in payroll system.

Responsebilities:

  • Responsible for delivering accurate and on-time monthly payroll for IPG-group in compliance with locallegal and company policies.
  • Legal watch an ensure compiance with our payroll providor.
  • Drive and validate payroll system configuration evolution as new company policies or programs are being deployed.
  • Ensure end to end processes are properly defined and executed.
  • Driving any issue resolution to achieve desired results.
  • act as a trusted partner (in particular with local and global HR and controllership.
  • Managing payroll provider relationships at the local level.
  • seek for the continuous process improvement & automation, prioritize, present to management and drive enhancement.

PROFIEL

  • You have a strong understanding of the payroll framework and goverment regulations.
  • Your analytical skills allow you to understand complex information and to spot key data for you area of activities.
  • You have preferably a relevant experience with ADP GlobalVieuw
  • You ahve excellent written and spoken communication and influencing skills, customer-oriented.
  • You have good collaboration skills (with partners)
  • You are a flexible team player who strives for a common goal.
  • You are stress-resistant in a dynamic and international business context, you are flexible and used to autonomous work and priority.
  • You have strong business in application skills of MS office, in particular experiece with microsoft excel and collaboration tools such as teams.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English. German is a plus.
