Department

Our International Retirement & Investment team in Brussels provides consulting services for multinational companies looking for cross-border pension solutions.

Your Role

You will be part of a growing team and work together with some of the leading industry consultants

  • You will give support to senior pension fund managers by
    • Manage governance of pension funds
    • Assist pension fund managers in project management
    • Organize quarterly Board meetings and draft minutes
  • You will give support to the senior pension fund administrators by
    • Planning and coordination
    • Prepare reports and annual closing
    • Reporting to authorities
    • Make publications and upload documents using online tools
  • You will give support to the team
    • Proactive supporting the team in everyday operations
    • Monitoring timesheets according to budgets

Profiel

  • Eager to learn about cross-border pensions and pan-European pension funds
  • Experience in managing pension funds and understanding pension plans is a plus
  • You are able to be a self-starter, work independently and have a good team spirit
  • You have a Bachelor degree (Economics or Insurance)
  • You have excellent organizational skills
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • You speak Dutch and English, French is a plus
  • You are client oriented, disciplined and flexible
  • You like to work in a flexible environment because a good work-life balance is important to you
