- You have a passion for people. You support the local P&C team in offering an excellent service linked to P&C administration.
- You secure that the many co-workers can contact you for all the question they may have related to P&C administration.
- You can work on an individual way, you dare to take initiatives and you are a good timekeeper.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Within the P&C team you will act as the administrative wizard and the point of contact for the co-workers. You will answer phone calls directed to the department in an easy, accessible and discrete way keeping your input clear and understandable. You redirect co-workers if needed to other, more relevant partners in the P&C organization. In the back office, you also secure the administration linked to the medical examinations.

The ideal profile is someone with maturity, ownership, having already managed HR admin position, having good sense ,committed , goal oriented and well organized. Stress management is also an important skill to have.
Ideally still, our new colleague will be able to follow some projects : managing and ordering of staff clothing, staff material.
and of course manage the follow up on our contracts and the general administration of the store together with the local HR mailbox and in-store administration.
