Job Summary:
- As part of the global HR team, the People & Culture Specialist will take the lead in implementing numerous initiatives in the areas of: talent acquisition, people and organizational development, performance management, engagement and change. The candidate is able to work independently and take a hands-on approach in close collaboration with various departments.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creating people development concepts according to the global HR strategy and in coordination with the HR management of the Company.
- Implement and optimize people development processes, guidelines and projects according to global guidelines and best practices.
- Develop and follow up on organizational design focused on Company´s growth.
- Develop and implement talent management and succession and career planning initiatives and platforms within the framework of the global processes.
- Develop, implement, and refine Group-specific or individual Human Resources development tools, in coordination with HR Business Partners.
- Develop and implement performance and potential systems
- Support Culture and Change initiatives finalized to increase people engagement, retention and talent acquisition.
- Create, launch and refine sustainability initiatives to make Company´s global locations “great places to work” based on employees ‘feedback.
- Develop and implement needs-based training programs.
- Leading or participating in projects within the scope of the assigned area of responsibility, if applicable in the international locations.
- Ensure smooth internal communication with all interfaces and represent the Company within the scope of the assigned tasks .
- Advising and supporting management and HR business partners on people issues.
- Supporting HR Business Partners and local management in global recruitment
Qualifications
Education:
· Bachelor/Master in HR-related field
· Knowledge of multiple conversation techniques
Work Experience:
· Work experience of 3-4 years in HR related to People & Culture/Talent Acquisition
Skills & Knowledge:
· Must demonstrate integrity, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
· Ability to work efficiently and use own initiative.
· Ability to work in a team as independent
· Planning, coordination and scheduling skills
· Ability to work under pressure and willing to be flexible
· Strong communication skills, confident appearance and good expressiveness
· Ability to think analytically, strategically and numerically, result-oriented
· Intercultural competence and willingness to travel on official business
· Very good verbal and written English communication skills – Knowledge of German is a plus
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
