For our client, an international bank with Belgian headquarters located in the heart of our capital, we are looking for a dynamic Personal Assistant to work as the right hand of the CEO.
The personal assistant will be working closely with the Chief Executive Officer. Next to this she/he will provide administrative support to some other members of the country management. This is a key role in the organisation with national and international exposure within the Group.
Your role:
- Acting as a first point of contact for our CEO, dealing with incoming correspondence and phone calls;
- Managing agenda and organizing management and team meetings; ensuring all parties can attend and that rooms are available
- Managing mails
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation;
- Analyse data and prepare reports on request of senior management, prepare presentations and correspondence;
- Prepare documents for external or internal communications
- Maintaining databases and filing up to date , follow-up of invoices - expenses;
- Take care of various administrative tasks related to projects and clients/personnel events.

Wanted profile:
- Bachelor Management Assistant or similar
- Minimum 5 years work experience in an administrative role
- You are a fast learner with a can-do attitude;
- You have impeccable work ethics and are able to work with sensitive, confidential information;
- You have outstanding written and oral communication skills and you are fluent in Dutch, French, English – good knowledge of German is a plus
- You enjoy working towards tight deadlines and are able to manage changing priorities;
- You have very good command of MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and you enjoy working with different software;
- You are a true team player and have great communication skills;
- Your friendly and open personality helps you build relationships, both internally and externally.
