GIMBER is a successful Belgian scale-up located near Brussels. GIMBER is an alcohol-free drink based on organic ginger and herbs. It turns your water into gold, you can use it to make a delicious mocktail or cocktail, or you can use it for cooking. They grew to +70 employees in 3 years (!), and are still looking for new people to join the G-Team.

As the personal assistant to our CEO, Dimitri Oosterlynck and our CFO you will provide them a 100% one-to-one support in all segments of his job. You will be involved in the day-to-day processes and tasks of the CEO and CFO. Those are too much to sum up, but in short: everything concerning daily planning (agenda, meetings, travels)and communication (monitoring emails and calls, drafting communications, taking notes).

With your extensive experience within this job, you will be having a lot of independence and responsibilities, as well as freedom to give your personal touch. As the personal “swiss-knife” of the CEO and CFO, you will be having a lot of impact, that’s for sure.

Requirements
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in a PA position
  • Knowledge of Dutch, French and English (native or at least fully proficient)
  • Full-time position on our payroll
  • GIMBER personality: positive vibes, excellent interpersonal skills, stress resistant, well structured and organized, and entrepreneurial minded
  • Fast learner
