PMO/Chief of Staff ⚡

Belgian HealthTech Start-up

Based near Brussels

Full-Time (possibility for remote work)

(100,000 - 150,000 Euros depending on experience)

This exciting Belgian HealthTech are searching for an experienced and passionate Chief of Staff who will be instrumental in scaling and supporting the fast growing company that helps healthcare stakeholders drive innovation and improve patient care using their AI/NLP Data Platform. Furthermore, they are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial scientific mindset, high ethical standards and a big drive to change healthcare together with a young team/company. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to help drive the company forward.

Responsibilities????

  • You will be the Right Hand of the CEO
  • Responsible for HR Systems, Total Rewards, Benefits, Compliance, People Analytics and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
  • You will support cross-functional business processes as you build programs and procedures that scale.
  • Acting as a PMO, maintaining an overview of project activities, issues and risks, and coordinate these between multiple teams to ensure the processes run smoothly and successfully.
  • Oversee majority of the internal operations of the company including assessing impacts on business plans, financials, legal, and HR.
  • Financial responsibilities such as general contracting for suppliers and Ad-Hoc Dossiers
  • Directly manage the growing People team. Hire qualified team members, establish effective training programs and monitor team performance. Set priorities, provide guidance and feedback on progress and foster team career growth.
  • Facilitate cross-team planning for performance, compensation, talent and other cycles.

Requirements????

  • At least 7 years related work experience in People/HR functions/Operations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • You are a process driven and data-oriented person
  • You can work effectively in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment that is dynamic and subject to rapid change.
  • Experience with Project Management including financial management and forecasting.
  • Knowledge and skills of Business modeling
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
