Experience And Education

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

  • Experience and skills in business support function (placing purchase requests in financial systems, drafting of documents, coordination and follow-up with various teams)
  • Experience and skills in project support in areas of planning coordination and reporting
  • Excellent Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) skills
  • Experience and skills on creating reports

Duties/Role

  • Coordinate rough order of magnitude for customer requests
  • Draft and follow-up on price proposals for customer requests
  • Create and coordinate Operational Level Agreements (OLA) with Agency Organisational Entities and projects as needed for Workspace services
  • Submit and follow-up on purchase requests
