Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of a few Product Marketing Managers and help them to present our SaaS product, strengthening our brand, and to translate technical product details into easily understandable content
  • Build strong relationships with the sales, product, and marketing teams to develop product marketing strategies (for content creation, pricing, advertising, product launching, etc.)
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to better position our products
  • Collaborate with various teams (product development, customer success, sales) to develop strategies to cover our buyer personas’ needs with defined processes and content
  • Create compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns, product sheets, slide decks, release notes, etc.)
  • Furter build out the strategy, process, and content for our internal and customer-facing knowledge base, making sure everyone has the valid information at all times
  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers and internal feedback
  • Translate your product marketing experience and theory to strategies, structures, and processes to be implemented at C4T.
  • Being a coach/leader to the product marketing team and evangelist for our product
  • Serve as market-facing subject matter expert for the product portfolio across the business
  • Support our sales channels; train the sales team on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach the sales team how and when to use it.

Skills:

  • More than 5 years of product marketing experience and more than 2 years of experience as a product marketing lead or in a similar management position
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach and grow a diverse team to achieve defined goals together
  • Ability to understand and articulate the market, competitors, and core customer audience.
  • Ability to identify and forecast potential business problems/opportunities and identify appropriate ways to rectify/seize the opportunities and prioritize resources.
  • Experience in building and delivering cross-cutting company-wide strategic projects
  • Critical thinker with strong writing, communication, presentation, development, and delivery skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of Dutch, French, or German is a plus.
